Private Training
The cost of a private training session is £30.00 per hour. Contact for group quotes.

Seminars
£250 for 4 hours, £300 for 6 hours plus expenses. 2 day events also available.

Contest and event organisation/refereeing
I have a great deal of experience in organising and hosting grip and strength events. I am able to bring specialised equipment, and also run and referee the contest. Have a mini-event at your pub or bar to bring more clients in. Please contact with details for a quote.
