OVERHAND GRIP THE HANDLES DEADLIFT TO STANDING ERECT [scaled weight 185.13k]

Nick McKinless +10.1k added [total = 195.23k] - 16 June, 2012.
He also pinch lifted the 47.5k Pastille.

Awesome Lift. Very Strong :shock: It look's like it would be an Awkward Stone to Deadlift.

Cheers Chris and Jarrod.

Chris, I used your technique and just ripped it off the floor and regrasped on my knees. Felt ok.

David is looking good for the Gathering. I was pleased with this lift, the Pinching, the 47.5kg Pastil Pinch and a Level 12 on David's Wrist Developer. 4 PB's in one session.

Looking strong there Nick, and congrats on the level 12 wrist developer, that's insane! Shame you won't be here for the gathering in July!

Great lift! Tried this at last comp and it went nowhere fast......... and nowhere slow for that matter
