Nick McKinless +10.1k added [total = 195.23k] - 16 June, 2012.
He also pinch lifted the 47.5k Pastille.

It look's like it would be an Awkward Stone to Deadlift.

Chris, I used your technique and just ripped it off the floor and regrasped on my knees. Felt ok.
David is looking good for the Gathering. I was pleased with this lift, the Pinching, the 47.5kg Pastil Pinch and a Level 12 on David's Wrist Developer. 4 PB's in one session.

Great lift! Tried this at last comp and it went nowhere fast......... and nowhere slow for that matter
