Check the video. Today was good, and the stone was easy after the heavier ones.

that's some progress! I picked my roller up yesterday- it looked much bigger in the picture! I doubt it weighs 50 kg- I should be able to press it overhead.

Scale yours, and then get a bar through it, and start adding weight.
